Exclude Filters, Portable, & Duplicate Image Finder

My three biggest wishes for this program

1. Make it portable.

2. Find duplicate images. I have one that I love, but I'm always trying to use less programs.

3. When doing a tag search, If I want to see pictures of "grandma", I would like the option to exclude "grandpa"
