A function to cut the frozen images from videos.

I edit many videos and I often need real images as an eye catcher. I could start my Pinnacle Studio Ultimate v14.00 up, but it takes a long time because there are many other drivers that this program also starts. Zoner Photo Studio is a very fast program to start and to use and therefore it would save a lot of time if all image editing takes place in the same program. Pinnacle Studio Ultimate v14.00 does not have any fancy image features that can compare with Zoner Photo Studio Final result!
